Ordering Process

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted worldwide via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a transaction. (For Hong Kong customers: If you don’t have a PayPal account already, you can transfer the payment to HSBC or Bank Of China (Hong Kong). Please contact us for more details.)
Delivery
All items are carefully packed and shipped in organza bags with air bubble padded envelopes or pillow boxes.
We ship via Swiss Post, within 1 - 2 days of the order except weekends and holidays. Shipping and delivery date should be calculated after order fulfillment period.
Domestic shipping typically takes 2 - 5 working days. For standard international shipping, please expect between 1 - 4 weeks delivery time from the date of your purchase (depending on your location). If you have specific shipping needs (e.g. Priority mail, international registered, tracking), please contact us via email at the time of purchase.
Please note that custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Some customers may experience delivery delays, which are unfortunately out of our control.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us immediately upon receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the problem. All returns must be in original condition. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Care
Each piece of JL Promise Jewellery is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Due to the nature of the designs & materials used, certain parts will tend to oxidize with wear over time. Please note that certain oils, body lotions, perfume, makeup and all hair products may discolour or tarnish the delicate metals. After each wear, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in an anti-tarnish jewellery pouch or zip lock bag within a jewellery box.
